Why do this course?

We are part of various teams - starting with our family, our neighborhood, our friends, our workspace, sports, culture clubs, volunteering, professional circles etc. Team building is therefore an essential life skill for everyone. Team building is both an art and a science and needs a deeper understanding of human psychology as beyond building the team. 

Team building and Teamwork is thus a process that can have many interpretations and methods. Our course takes you through this journey of how thought leaders have shared various models of teaming and how various team interventions can be done to help teams succeed. Contemporary topics like self managed teams are covered as well. 

We have also shared toolkits like team building blocks, team activities and our framework called Tattva-Q CREATE to help you get started with ideas to develop and sharpen your skills.
